Caudalie Instant Detox Mask

Sometime ago Caudalie added a new line of facial masks to their skincare line. I've used a couple products from the brand before and mostly enjoyed everything thus far, so I was keeping my expectations for the Instant Detox Mask high.
The Caudalie Instant Detox Mask comes in different sized packagings and the full size contains 75 ml. It comes in a sleek squeeze green tube with a wooden lid, which is a nice detail. The mask itself has a pinky-red tint and minty-clay scent. The texture isn't as thick as with some other clay masks, so it spreads easily and you only need to use a small amount to cover the whole face. It's particularly suitable for oily, uneven and textured skin, and those with enlarged pores, and is supposed to renew skin texture, tighten pores and absorb oil. They suggest using it twice weekly in a thin layer, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, rinse and follow up with a moisturizing treatment.
This mask is a traditional clay based mask, which dries and tightens into a hard layer and draws out impurities and oils. As it dries the color changes into a light pink shade and areas on the skin with pronounced pores get noticeably darker, showing the congested areas. It doesn't feel irritating on the skin and leaves the skin feeling clean, brighter and with tighter looking pores, although quite a bit dry. I usually leave it on for a bit longer than recommended 10 minutes and also use it as spot treatment occasionally. I always follow up with a good moisturizer or use a hydrating sheet mask to bring back some moisture in my skin.
Notable ingredients include: grape marc (it detoxifies and drains), pink clay and coffee (to purify), papaya enzymes (which deliver immediate radiance) and eight Essential Oils (to nourish the skin).

Applied to the skin:
I quite enjoy using it and it's become one of my most-reached for clearing mask treatments (right after Origins' Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask).
