COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser

Low pH cleansers are fairly popular amongst anyone even remotely interested in Korean Skincare. There has been a lot written about the science behind low pH effects on the skin barrier and although I believe many 'western' cleansers have a similar pH range they don't exactly make it a selling point for their products, except maybe mentioning the information that they're pH balanced. When I first saw that COSRX were coming out with their Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser I immediately ordered it and have been using it for the past two months.

Eyeko Black Magic Mascara Drama & Curl

I really enjoy trying out new mascaras and I've rarely come across awful ones in the past. I like to have dramatic lashes and my mascara needs to deliver length and volume, without smudging or flaking through the day. It seems like I'm not asking for much right? Let's take a closer look at the Eyeko Black Magic Mascara (I'm using the travel sized version).

e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Naked

Eyeshadow palettes always get me. I go through phases of either being really into matte or sparkly shades and although it's more convenient to have a mix of both in one palette I also have several palettes with all-matte or all-shimmery shades inside. The e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Naked used to be raved about a lot online and I'm happy to report that it performs really well.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Sink-in Moisture Mask

I'm always interested in products that promise to deliver a punch of hydration to the skin and love using face masks, whether they are sheet masks or more standard wash-off products. I picked up the Vitamin E Sink-in Moisture Mask from The Body Shop awhile ago and have used it on and off for over a year (they've also managed to change the packaging since I've picked mine up and added that it can be used as a sleeping pack).

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in 54 - Boy

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in 54 - Boy is one of the most popular Chanel lipsticks for a reason. Housed in classic and elegant black and gold packaging it's lovely to look at, but other than that the shade of this lipstick is flattering on a wide variety of skin tones. I've already swatched and mentioned it several times so it's about time it also gets a proper review.

Essence - 02 The Sultan's Daughter Nail Polish (Lights of Orient LE)

Last week I picked up one of the nail polishes from the latest LE Lights of Orient by Essence because the color seemed right up my alley. When I initially saw the press preview I considered getting more items, but in the end I only picked up The Sultan's Daughter Nail Polish.

Bourjois Silk Edition Compact Powder in 51 - Porcelain

I have a love-hate relationship with setting powders. Since my skin is oily I pretty much have to use one every time I wear makeup to set everything in place and mattify the skin, but I have a hard time finding powders that remain looking nice on the skin throughout the day without getting cakey or fading. I remember seeing several positive reviews for this Bourjois powder when it was released and since I've mainly had positive experiences with the brand I decided to purchase it.

Urban Decay Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Blush in Rapture

Urban Decay Afterglow blushes are blushes designed to give the skin a lit-from-within glow, that has been oh so popular lately. They are finely milled powders with added bits of shimmer which add a flush of color and radiance to the skin. I picked mine up in the shade Rapture.

Maybelline Color Tattoo Creamy Mattes - 93 Creme de Nude Cream Gel Eyeshadow

I have an ever-growing collection of eyeshadows and while most have a powder formula, I am no stranger to creamy shadows either. Among several others I have 4 Creamy tattoos from Maybelline and today I’ll be reviewing my latest addition in the shade Creme de Nude.
