If you're a fan of cleansing oils and/or balms you need these Emma Hardie Cleansing Cloths in your life. Removing make up with a cleansing oil is really effective but ever since I've started adding these into the process it also got a lot quicker.
I originally got one cloth when I purchased the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm and immediately fell in love when I tried it out for the first time. The cloths have two sides - the really soft and smooth micro fibre side for cleansing, polishing and perfecting (see photo below) and the 'harsher' muslin side for controlled exfoliation (see 1st photo). These are so much better than any other cleansing muslin cloths I've used in the past and a lot more gentle on the skin.
They are machine washable and although the tag says to wash them on 30°, that won't get rid of the make up stains (mainly mascara and eyeliner), so I'd recommend you wash them on 40°. I've been using them regularly for the past 5-6 months and they're not showing any wear yet, except for the name label that has gotten a bit lighter. These are also convenient to use when traveling. I already bought a second pack so I don't have to wash them daily.
Removing eye make up can be a pain sometimes, but when I use these along with a cleansing oil/balm it literally comes off with one swipe and also reduces foggy vision from excess product that gets into the eyes. One swipe also gets rid of other make up on my skin. First I massage the oil/balm onto my skin and eye area, then I soak the cloth in warm water, rinse out any excess and proceed with removing make up, starting on the eyes. For removing make up I only use the softer side, rinse the cloth to remove make up from it and then sometimes use the muslin side to exfoliate the skin, without being too harsh on the skin.
